How we work;

• All of our staff, regardless of seniority, are hands-on and able to deliver high-quality output.
• We only employ staff with NHS experience.
• Typically even our most junior staff have at least five years’ experience working with or for the NHS in a deployment capacity.
• We usually work in small teams, closely integrated with our clients. Teamwork, collaboration and client knowledge transfer – whilst still holding accountability for client outcomes – are essential.
• We don’t follow a ‘land and expand’ model when delivering for clients, but conversely seek to under stay our welcome. We believe this is a matter of professional service integrity, and helps clients build a genuinely trusting relationship with us.
• We believe in and live by our values. Our recruitment criteria are heavily influenced by whether or not there is a values ‘fit’.
• Every member of the company is closely involved in its development. We demand not only high quality client service but also our staff’s input into our future direction.
• We genuinely enjoy each other’s company, and believe that having fun and taking your work seriously, but not yourself, is a pre-requisite.

We are always looking for experienced implementation staff with comprehensive understanding of deploying complex healthcare IT systems within the NHS. We are also interested in talking to prospective permanent or Associate Consultants.
