We have a comprehensive understanding of NHS clinical and operational processes, combined with supplier side expertise and over 20 years’ experience of implementing IT enabled change.

We support all aspects of Healthcare IT delivery: OBS and business case development, programme/project management, configuration, change and benefits management, clinical adoption, data migration & data quality, NHS reporting, integration, testing and training.
Our team is highly experienced and has significant hands-on experience of delivering complex programmes and modern healthcare applications including Cambio COSMIC, Cerner Millennium, CSC Lorenzo, IMS Maxims, InterSystems Trakcare and System C Medway. All team members hold security clearance up to UK SC level.
Damian has provided strategic advice up to Director General Level within the UK government and successfully led and advised on large complex change programmes in the public and private sectors, as well as leading multi-million pound global transformation programmes for FTSE 100 companies. He is a founding Director of Integris Solutions, with over 20 years of project and programme delivery experience.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience working with and for the NHS in a number of senior management roles, with experience across Primary Care, Mental Health and Acute hospitals, and has a proven track record of directing and delivering large scale complex healthcare IT solutions. He leads the delivery of consultancy, professional services and deployment for our NHS clients and is a founding Director of Integris Solutions.
Harbinder has over 20 years’ experience working within the Healthcare IT sector and for the past 16 years’ has worked as a Data Migration Specialist alongside system suppliers and NHS Trusts.
Harbinder has developed highly specialised data migration solutions for a variety of healthcare IT applications and EPR systems.
Caroline has 18 years’ experience in IT, Information, Analysis and Performance Management. Previous roles have included Head of Performance and Information at an Acute general hospital and delivery of a regional data quality assurance service within a Special Health Authority.
A Technical / Integration Architect, Matt has over 13 years’ experience developing and deploying solutions for the healthcare industry. Matt has managed numerous data migration and integration projects for both the NHS and healthcare system suppliers.
For the past decade, experienced Data Consultant Ian has provided technical data services and consultancy to the NHS. His broad range of skills includes healthcare informatics, data migration, statutory reporting testing, system configuration and technical helpdesk support.
An experienced Data Specialist, Darren has delivered numerous data solutions across a variety of business sectors including Health, Finance and Logistics. Darren has expert knowledge of a wide range of data and development tools, programming languages and methodologies.
Ben is a highly experienced clinical application analyst and data specialist / developer with 15 years’ experience working in healthcare and has a detailed knowledge of NHS reporting, NHS culture and business / patient flows, as well as local and national reporting including Data Warehouse design and development.
A Subject Matter Expert on variety of healthcare IT applications and EPR Systems.
